This unit has been newly renovated in 2018. You couldn't ask for a better view than the one you have from this unit with gorgeous views from the living room and master bedroom. Kitchen is fully furnished with a dining area so you can enjoy a few meals in the room while on your vacation. Living room has a flat screen TV and a sofa sleeper for your guests. Master bedroom has a king size bed and private access to the balcony. Master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and the guest bathroom has a stand-up shower. Relax and enjoy the sound of the waves from this Gulf-front unit.
El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.
Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

Family vacation
The unit location was perfect! Great proximity to beach and pool.
We were disappointed to experience a much more dated and run-down unit than the online pictures advertised. Although the living room seemed to have updated furniture, the kitchen and bathrooms are in desperate need of renovation.
Kitchen utensils were rusty, the shower in the guest bathroom didn’t seem up to current building codes, and we had issues with electrical overall.
We traveled with 11 other families who paid $1000-1500 less than us for updated 2-bedroom units in ElMatador.
Although we loved the view from the balcony, we were very disappointed in what we got for paying over $5,000 for the week.

This unit was very clean and as pictured. The entire complex was very nice and kept clean as well. The location can’t be beat! We enjoyed our time and will be back!

Great trip
We had a wonderful family vacation. The property was great and close to restaurants. The only negative I will say is the unit we were in needs new windows and sliding doors, they didn’t lock and screens wouldn’t stay on track. Otherwise, it was a much needed vacation!
