Room was clean and tidy, no kettle or fridge but still good enough for a few nights away. Hotel was under major construction on 4-5 floors and the lobby, so no drink facilities there either and some noise from workmen from 8-9am, so may have been nice to know this in advance, should be nice when it’s finished and staff polite and friendly.

My room on Level 4 has a strong renovation paint smell, so I requested to move to Level 6, but the new room also has a smoke smell. In addition, my room key has stopped working several times and needed repeated replacements. Overall, this has been a very unpleasant experience.”

When we arrived we were told that the hotel was under new management. They were also going through a renovation. The room that we were given was not what was advertised. It was very small and no coffee maker was provided. Also the toilet broke the first morning. They did fix it. The location was by the central train station. What they don't tell you there is open drug use right by the hotel.

2nd time to stay here. Well-interiored catering for our needs. Served its purpose for a night’s stay in preparation for a flight. Comfortable bed, short fistance from hauptbanhof, shelves for coats and clothes, desk for working. Will still choose this hotel next time.

The room climate was too hot and I could not turn the heat down. The room was clean but way too small. Expected things like a phone, clock, trash can (in room) and a dresser. One staff member was great. The other front desk guy seemed annoyed when I asked for anything. You should let Americans know that they need an adapter for electronics.

Property was undergoing renovations both internally and externally making it a chaotic environment with distracted staff. Dining was overrated. Walked to a nearby restaurant and got followed by thugs. Would not recommend the area or hotel. Proximity to train station and mall was only redeeming quality.

I gave a lower rating because we contacted the hotel months in advance to adjust our original booking due to a schedule change and we they were not flexible. Make sure you do not have any changes to your itinerary as the reservation is non refundable. In addition, the elevator closest to our room was under repairs so my elderly dad had to do a significant amount of walking to get to our room as it is a very large hotel. Other than these complaints the hotel was adequate and staff were kind and friendly.

Excellent establishment with subpar Wi-Fi

Check-in and out were easy. Location is excellent. Services available are excellent. Bed is comfortable, but one is supplied with a single, thin pillow. Room is clean and offers all one needs in a modern style. Internet was subpar. Spotty at times, and bandwidth was always low. WiFi is very important for me, so this greatly affected my review.

The location is close to the central train station. It only took 3-5 minute walk. It is 15 minutes train away to the airport. The hotel is clean and new. I stayed for 5 nights. The only complain is the checking in far too complicated requiring too much info taking too long. The staffs were very friendly, but mostly in training. They were understaffed sometimes. Generally speaking highly recommend it.
