The hotel was very nice and clean, it had a nice fitness facility. The only issue I had was it was quite warm in the room and I could not get the temperature regulated to a comfortable temperature. The Thermostat would only go +1,+2 or -1,-2 of the temperature of the room, which didn’t seem to work. Also I found the bed to be quite uncomfortable, aside from that the hotel was good.

We found the staff very pleasant. We arrived earlier morning from Jamaica and after hours of travel it was wonderful to find Mr. Serkan at the front desk. He was more than welcoming. Loved the heated bathroom floor ✅

Everything was excellent apart from 2 things. The room could have been a bit more plush or nice in decoration and secondly, the bar staff could have been a little bit more nicer to me even if they have to pretend considering the receptionist were very nice.
