Overpriced. Though labeled as "airport", it was not near the airport. Check-in and check-out was sterile - do it yourself at a computer. On the other hand, the facility itself was clean. And the staff member near the computers was courteous.

This was a true find…1/2 hour from airport with an hourly shuttle bus, clean room with a comfy bed, but the best was the onsite restaurant (necessary, because there is nothing around) and craft brewery, open late.

I stay here everytime I have a layover in Frankfurt. Hotel shuttle is great. Food is great. Just book it.

Terrible location, poor service, inconvenient bus

The room is average quality and comfort, although slightly more spacious than you would expect for the price. The bathroom is slightly above average. Those are the only positives. The hotel is located in an industrial estate ~20 mins from the airport. A free shuttle bus is provided but only in the morning and evenings. You may be waiting up to 60 mins for the shuttle bus if you are unlucky with timing. The only option for food is the hotel restaurant which was acceptable but not great. The service from the hotel and restaurant staff was very poor and soured my experience. You should only consider this hotel if you are arriving on an evening flight, have only a single night layover, and the price is significantly cheaper than other alternatives. I had a 2 day layover and chose this hotel because of the positive rating - this was a mistake. Due to the lack of amenities nearby, I was forced to plan my days' activities around the shuttle bus schedule, which does not run between 10:30am and 4:20pm. Furthermore the last bus from the airport is at 10:20pm, so if you have a late arrival you will be forced to take a taxi to the hotel - and the restaurant would already be closed so your only food options will be a vending machine in the lobby.

I was facing a 12-hour layover at the airport and this comfortable hotel was the perfect solution. It’s quiet, modern and clean, affordable and they offer a free shuttle (limited hours, so check your schedule).
