Room extremely clean. We used the shuttle to return to hotel after dropping rental car and to go to the airport the next morning, both trips were easy. Room was a little warm for our taste.

Shuttle was there early and waiting but, considering it is an airport shuttle, there was very little room for luggage. I suggest you board early. Other than that, stay was perfect for an overnight before flying home. The hotel is in an industrial area so I wouldn’t recommend it for a vacation stay.

When we got to our Family room, lare arrival and very tired. My daughters bed had various hair on her sheets. No phone to call down to advise anyone, so she slept on top of the duvet. Next morning we left every early. When we got back to the room late, the room had not been cleaned. When to the lobby and compained, dirty sheets, no clean towells, shower head had fallen off and the bathroom smelled disgusting, like the sewer had backed up. We put a towel along the bathroom door, as it was nauseating. We were NOT going to change rooms because it was late and had a early departure. Around midnight our bathroom started to smell also. Unbelievable. We were unable to catch the 630 shuttle but the driver never came i n to say he was there to everyone . We took a cab 36 euros. Also the carpet in our adjoining rooms were filthy with stains and the air conditioner did not work, as an air conditioner should. Throughly disgusting from the start to the end!!!

Airport shuttle on time. You get what you pay for (but no more). Shower was hot and responsive but the complimentary shampoo had run out. The onsite restaurant offered multiple choices but my staple burger was so greasy I couldn't eat it all.

This is a great short stay hotel for those coming in and out of Frankfurt. It has what we needed to get a good nights sleep before flying out. And the dinner we had in the restaurant was great. Would like to see more staff in the kitchen, as they seemed really over-worked and stressed out (doing too many jobs at once), but this is meant to be a "self-serve" hotel so limited staff is the point. I did not mind the self-check in system, and the woman in the front was overly helpful (not a bad thing). She went out of her way for us, and I appreciated that. I would not stay here for more than a single night, as there is NOTHING around it. But, for some rest after (or before) a flight...give it a go.

The ala carte diner was excellent as was the buffet breakfast, it was a bonus having the shuttle, it's too bad the driver would not load our luggagin the storage area, havin all that luggage on the bus itself, was bad, the rooms modern , bathroom 5 *****, wonderful shower experience

Good place to stay. Airport shuttle was convenient, but had to look hard to find the schedule on the website for pickup at the airport. They had a map of the location, which is at the hotel shuttle bus pickup location, however this wasn't explicitly stated. Leaving from the hotel was not a problem as the schedule is posted in the elevator. Self check in, but someone was there to assist. Quiet comfortable room, although there was construction across the street in the morning

Shuttle runs once an hour with a 4 hour after 10:30 ish… starts back around 2:30 or 3 I think…. Might be important if you have a flight at that time. Strange self check in… that was new to me!

The room was very nicely decorated and the airport shuttle was great!! It was very warm in the room and we couldn't figure out how to get the a/c to work. Opened the windows but it was still very warm. It would be nice to have coffee service in the room!

We had a “family room” with the connecting door. It was perfect for our family stay the young woman at the front desk was amazingly helpful! The complementary shuttle bus ride to the airport was critical for us. Temperature in the room was perfect, great shower, comfortable beds. I’d stay here again.

Ok for a night if you need to be near the airport.

Hotel is clean and handy but very self serve. You have to check yourself in and decide if you want breakfast, hard to add after. Shuttle to airport is only until 10:30 am so useless if you travel after that. Almost no staff around.

Food at breakfast and dinner were decent but service overwhelmed by volume and way under-staffed. Rooms ok but ripped and torn furniture in rooms. The worst part was the check-in staff, who was useless, selective in helping only others, and not helpful on the Sept 21 check-in; and on the Oct 1 check-in, the check-in staff was totally nonexistent, helping only a boatload of customers who missed their flights with airline vouchers, and no one to assist full paying hotel customers like us.

Everything was good, but after a long trip to get to the hotel, to figure out the self checkin / check put / qr codes without good wifi/ data was chanllenging. The staff was helpful, but it wasn't obvious what to do when technology wasn't working.

Staying here reminded me of the final scene of 2001: A Space Odyssey, but it was comfortable and convenient. Although I can apparently check myself in and out (even if I have to wrestle with German) I miss the human touch. The saving grace was the woman who served me an excellent venison stew in the restaurant.

Perfect place next to the airport

Great place if you looking for a night before taking a plane at FRA Even find a great place across the river, 15m for a good schnitzel. Next time I’m around and need a room for one night before my fly I know where I will stay. Great shuttle to the airport
