Very annoyed at promised shuttle to hotel not showing at the bay for hotel shuttle busses. No means on their to register client arrival at airport and need for the service. I had to pay for a taxi after losing an hour waiting for the scheduled bus.

Good choice if you need to be close to the airport

Close to the airport. Unfortunately, no restaurants close by (the one next door was not open) and that was a downfall for us. Parking in the parking garage with a short walk.

Good for one night sleep if your flight change or if you have business around the area Nothing around it not even a grocery Nothing in the room ( No fridge, no water, no iron board, even no phone since hotel is self service with no front desk)

I did not like that the shuttle only operates at certain times. Also, I didn’t like having to check myself in and out without assistance even though I asked for help from the person there. I also didn’t like that they did not take cash on cards. So I was charged several international fees.

Avoid, slow shuttle far from Frankfurt

The airport shuttle only runs once and hour and is unreliable at best. It was delayed both times we used it. The room smelled horribly of smoke and we had to move to a new room. The second room had no shampoo, soap, or air conditioning. The room was hot even though it advertised AC. Staff at hotel was rude and did not pick up phone or reply to you via the app. I would avoid.
