From the initial welcome at the front desk to the grandeur of the building, it feels very special staying at the Hotel Monopol. Breakfast was great and the close vicinity to Frankfurt HBf was great. All staff we encountered were polite and welcoming. This is the only hotel in Frankfurt we have chosen to stay in more than once!

It was a pleasant stay at Hotel Monopol. The staff was really cooperative and welcoming specially the persons on reception in morning and the one in evening were really nice and helpful. The staff were AMAZING! Very kind and helpful. The room, we had 2 twins, was spacious and clean. Bathroom was also very clean and the large tub was great. Their on site parking was why I booked here and it was well worth it! The secured underground garage was a couple doors away from the main hotel entrance, you get the garage code from the front desk and paid them the €20 a night at the end of our stay- the staff was very helpful in finding and navigating it. I'd glady stay here again!!
