Great access to main train station! Got there late so restaurant closed but bar open late - nice place to relax. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms!!! Would stay there again - especially as a stop over when travelling by train.

Very nice and clean hotel across from the major train hub! The bartender made great drinks and staff was polite and helpful! Highly recommend this hotel when in Frankfurt

Great hotel. The room was clean and functional. Great value for money. Excellent location too just outside main train station. Plenty of shops in train station. Hotel was self check in and you just dropped the card in the box on the service counter when checking out. Had absolutely zero interaction with any staff member so I don’t know if they are good or not.

Sparsely set up room and slow response time to fix

Like other travelers, when we arrived for our stay we found that our room that had been booked for two people was only set up for one: 1 blanket, 1 pillow, 1 towel, etc. We called down to the front desk to get extras brought up, but never received them and ended up having to go down to the front desk to request the items a second time. Other than that the stay was pretty much what you’d expect from this level of hotel

Located next to the train station. However, it is not safe to be walking around once it gets dark around the hotel. The TV was not in working condition. The bathroom basin backed up. I left a sign outside the door to clean the room and repaint the issues. No one came. I found out it you have to request repair and cleaning at the front desk. I needed change and the front desk said they could not change my Euro.
