Good Stay

Check in was easy as receptionist was so helpful and took time to help us with getting around the city. Rooms are fine everthing there that we needed for our stay. Getting into the city was easy so great area to stay. Only problem was the lifts were broken on our second day so had to use the stairs from the top floor to take our cases down.

POSITIV - Check In völlig problemlos! - kostenloser Kaffee in der Lobby. - nähe zur Batschkapp unschlagbar NEGATIV - Dreckige Gemeinschaftsküche sorgt für üblen Geruch auf dem gesamten Stockwerk. - Bei warmen Wetter absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Das Haus verfügt über keine Klima. Lediglich ein Tischventilator stand zur Verfügung. Lüften nur bedingt möglich, da direkt an der stark befahrenen Hauptstraße. - Parkplatz muss zusätzlich gebucht werden. NEUTRAL - Zimmer sonst sauber und Zweckmässig.

Problemloser Check In (auch in der Nacht). Es handelt sich um ein modernes Haus in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Matratzen waren etwas hart; das ist aber sicherlich Geschmacksache. Es gibt auf jeder Etage eine Community Kitchen zur kostenlosen Nutzung. Sehr praktisch. Kaffee gibt es 24/7 an der Rezeption (Vollautomat). Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist die fehlende Klimaanlage; im Zimmer steht leider nur ein Lüfter zur Verfügung. Wir werden dieses Hotel sicherlich wieder buchen.
