This was a great place to stay for a short trip to Frankfurt. The shuttle bus from the airport was so convenient and we used it the following day to get to and from the airport train station. It also was used to get the complementary bus to our River cruise. The service at the front desk was excellent!

We weren’t told about the VIP Access and we weren’t told about VIP amenities or room upgrade. The room was. Wet spacious though, maybe we’ve got the room upgrade but nobody said anything about it.

The Steigenberger is my go to for an overnight at the airport. I get my VIP room upgrade every time and the rooms are very good. I especially like the bathroom. The bus runs regularly to the airport and makes it so easy.

After check-in, we had to go back to that area to ask for the room we had requested at reservation. Further more at check-in, when asked we were told that breakfast was included. Next morning we’re told it was not. The servant at the breakfast restaurant spoke very little English, so our complaint fell for deff ears.

Hope this was a one-off experience

I regularly stay in an executive suite in this hotel when visiting Frankfurt. Sadly, I was a bit disappointed this time around. Housekeeping did not accomodate my hypoallergenic pillow request, and when making up the room did not leave sufficient towels for all registered guests. The chef at the omelet station seemed less concerned about the line of guests waiting and more concerned with making food no one had requested. Calls to housekeeping and reception went unanswered, and i had to go down to the front desk to put requests in. I am hoping this is a one-off as i want to continue to book this hotel. Overall, i still enjoyed my stay, there were just things that could have been better. We shall see on next booking.

Decent hotel. Would have been helpful if they let their guests know how to access the airport shuttle from the airport, would have saved people money. The air con in the room didn’t work so was pretty warm in there. Otherwise staff seem nice and hotel itself is decent
