Beautiful and relaxing, staff were all so friendly. Convenience of dining in if you wish, a relaxed bar. We went at peak summer so an extra fan/s would have been a bonus. A few steps to tackle to take your gear up. Refreshing pool was fantastic.

The room was filthy. The people staying next to our room were up partying until 2am and the staff did nothing about it.

The room was not cleaned properly with sand, dust and rubbish under the beds and the lounge. Very limited cooking facilities in the room which is described as "two bedroom". In fact it is a single bedroom with the sitting area converted to a bedroom. The "camp kitchen was no more than a barbecue with a sink. Overall very expensive for second rate facilities. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The bungalow was dusty. The shower is a shocker it does not drain properly you are standing in 20 mil of water all the time and the spray goes on the floor very dangerous. And to finish off I pulled the top sheet on the double bed back and there was all black pebbles on the white sheets that looked like a cockroach had been living there. Never again. Errol

Mould throughout the bathroom, shower and toilet. Thick layer of dirt and dust under the beds and refrigerator which we had to move so that the curtains would stay shut so that you couldn’t see into our room. Non smoking, yet the smoking area is directly outside the window to our room. Windows could be opened from outside the room. Pictures of this room on the current listing reflect the rooms much better than on the listing when we booked over 6 months ago. We were very unpleasantly surprised by the detached bathroom across and down the hallway, however this is better described in the current listing. Staff on check in were lovely. Decking between pool and rooms need repair as some are missing and many are damaged.

Hi Alysha, the mould is a on going problem on the island, where we try to clean this, the only thing we can do now is to take the room off line to redo the grout in the bathroom which we will be looking at doing, we also have to be VERY careful of what chemicals we use as the island is World Heritage listed as all waste water has to be treated. As for the dust be assured I will be taking to my cleaning staff, that is not good enough. The room you had was a hotel room which none of these rooms have the bathrooms in the room which is in the description of the rooms but all rooms have their own bathroom.We are currently doing the board walk between rooms up, but this had to stop due to Christmas and guests comfortJenny

Was what I expected basic accomodation but add started room would be serviced mid stay and wasn’t when I asked I was rudely told no it would not and couldnt check add as wifi didn’t work the whole stay. (Made planing days harder) staff told me what do h expect your on an island. (Don’t advertise having wifi if it never works) we ended up leaving a day early and loseing accomodation cost for the last night wasn’t happy

Thank you for the review Stacy, no we do we not service rooms unless guest are here for around a week, but if asked we will provide fresh towels extra. But linen is a 3 week turn around as we send it off Island. Internet is a problem especially with storms.
