Very disappointed in the owner/motel manager. Tried to book a room to see if there would be any change from the last review and instead he retaliated by denying me a room. His bad character and ego will cause him many problems. The other gentlemen that work the front desk are very kind and respectful. May God bless them for always smiling.

Owner is very passive aggressive and I’m always polite and respectful to their staff. I have tried to avoid multiple times on giving a bad review hoping his character and customer service will improve. Highly disappointed and unsatisfied. Heating system had no labels to differ hot from cold and knobs were broken. Fortunately, I figured out how to work the heat for better comfort.

The room had no where to hang things up. Not one hook for a wash clothe, towel. No where to hang up coats and clothing . The young man at the front desk was rude when I checked out and asked for a different room. I was told “You don’t get to pick• just unnecessarily rude for no reason to a paying customer.
