DAS BESTE HAUS One Block off Main Street

Located in the Historic District of downtown, one block south of Main Street, this ninety-year-old German cottage is a two-bedroom, two-bath home. It is the perfect getaway, within easy walking distance of all Fredericksburg offers.
The house comfortably sleeps four guests and has been completely remodeled in a Modern Farmhouse style, with new on-suites for each bedroom, a new modern kitchen with all standard amenities, and smart TVs throughout.
The cozy front porch is a great spot to relax and watch city life, and the back yard has a pergola for shade and seating, as well.
Stroll down Main to art galleries, shopping, restaurants, and coffee houses. Or, book a winery tour with a local company and make a day for yourselves out in the beautiful Hill Country.
Upon your return, kick off your shoes and relax, or take in any of the local nightlife hotspots, most of which serve food. If private sightseeing is more your thing, drive south on Hwy 87 to Comfort, another quaint Hill Country gem with shopping, antiques and food.
