Magnificent Villa To Unwind in a great location to Quantico

Welcome to the magnificent villa in the nice and quiet neighborhood. Bring the whole family to relax and share this spacious house while having access to some of America's most historic sites in Fredericksburg and less than an hour drive to DC and 20 minutes to Quantico. House is conveniently located to RT 3, I95 & RT 1 and most shopping centers, including Central Park and Spotsylvania Mall.

There are four sitting areas, kitchen, 1/2 bath & 2 dinning areas on the main floor. All 4 bedrooms are upstairs, including 2 master bedrooms. You must be able to climb at least one flight of stairs.

Layout is as follows:

MAIN LEVEL:
No bedrooms on the main floor. There are 4 sitting areas in main floor, including the dinning area.

Fully equipped kitchen and half bathroom on this floor.

There are two eating areas, including the formal dinning area on this floor.

Sitting/living areas is equipped with 65 inch smart TV.

The deck is on this floor outside for your outside activities. Outdoor furniture and a gas grill for your BBQ are present.

UPSTAIRS:
All the four bedrooms are upstairs, including two master bedrooms with its own baths. You must be able to climb stairs.

Both masters are furnished with smart TVs and king size beds.

The other two bedrooms are Jack & Jill with two bunk beds and a queen bed.

OUTDOOR:
Nice deck at rear presents a great way to enjoy an outdoor life. Deck is furnished with outdoor funiture and gas grill for your BBQ.

Pros: The house was is a good location, close to shops and in a nice subdivision on a corner and was comfortable and roomy.Cons: The deck was in dire need of a redo. Peeling paint, bad boards etc. Limited bath toweling, limited kitchen cookware and dishtowels. The master bath had NO dresser only a closet with 1 shelf of the top of it. No dressers in any bedroom except the Grand master bedroom. When we got there, windows were open at the tops, upstairs. Very hard to close them as they are extremely tall windows. When we were making dinner and found NO potholders of any kind, I did message owner and he said he thought there was 1. One would not help take anything out of a hot oven or microwave safely. He said to buy one, which we didn't and used a dishtowel. He did drop off the next afternoon a potholder and mitt set.

Our crew needed a place to stay while working out of town for an extended period of time. The place is very nice and the host took care of anything needed within a short amount of time. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice house

The house is very clean and had everything we needed. Only complaint is that the mattresses are so hard on all the beds. No one slept well at all.
