The property was newly renovated and quite nice with the exception of ants on room. Drive up to your room noisy part of hotel. Hotel staff in morning (cleaning crew) very noisy, woke us up too early!

Both the bed and pillows were not very comfortable. Lumpy pillows and the same for the mattress. Air conditioner was so noisy we opened the window by the door. Thank goodness it had a screen and could be opened. No breakfast included either, so it seemed expensive for what you got.

Cozy little spot to spend the night. Right next to Regent Mall so easy to walk over if needed. Staff were friendly. Everything was clean. Hot tub was definitely hot! Some areas show their age, but no issues with anything. At this price point, I was very happy.

With this hotel ,there are alot of sports teams come through. Thats fine but when am walking to my room and a group of them almost run me over . I have a problem with that (when i asked to be put far away from the teams at checkin) Went back to the front desk and explained it! He gave us a room that is on the other side of the hotel and it was night and day diffent Which kinda made up for it.. Pool and hot tub was overrun by the teams .. couldnt even get in . Whenn

The bed was lumpy and very poorly made. The bathtub appeared to have been patched back together with a different floor and there looked to be mold growing along the seem. Very dated and has a weird layout. The staff was great though. I had to make a noise complaint and the man at the front desk came and took care of it very promptly.

For the price this is a good property to stay at. Only a 8 min drive from downtown area. Staff is great. Hotel is clean and comfortable…highly recommend
