The layout of this spotless unit is spacious and has a great balcony. Lots of towels, beach chairs and beach umbrella. There were many issues in our 4 months here beginning with the payment. The payments were converted to Canadian funds hence we were charged a conversion fee and we lost money on the conversion from US to CND. The bottom line was Christine was in charge of payments and not done well. The pool area was a disappointment: old chairs/green, cold pool/ hot tub did not work for the 4 months. Christine dealt with our issues promptly however I felt that she was sometimes frustrated with us as there were so many issues: thermostat is difficult to operate/ TV instructions/dishwasher/door lock was a problem 4 months. On arrival, 3 of 4 bathroom sinks did not drain requiring a plumber/drawers not functioning properly/ants. We asked property manager to have it sprayed which Christine did not like as she had arranged to have a free spray a few days later which we were not aware of. She told us if we needed it done again we had to pay. I had difficulty working the dishwasher and she told me to wash the dishes by hand. The living room furniture has covers on: cushions are clean but in disrepair/slide around/college dorm quality. Issues with the property: stuck in the elevator multiple times/entry gate breaking down/water pump broke down. We will not be back to this unit as Christine is a nightmare to deal with.
