Stationary Dock Space available for boats up to 36’. Floating dock available for a fee. Condo is available monthly from November to March and short term rentals all year. The Condo is on the second floor, no elevator. Message for more details!

Great family friendly space!

I took my wife and 2 daughters along with my mother in law. Quiet area at the end of the culdesac. Everything was nice and clean. Has a pool for the kids to play. 5 minutes to the inlet by boat. Short taxi ride to the grocery store for essentials. (Sawyers is walking distance but the selection is poor. Definitely go to Solomans. Many restaurants just a few minutes away by boat. It overlooks the dock where you can keep your boat. 100 yards from Taino’s water park for the kids. About 1/2 mile to the zip line park. Great experience overall. Would definitely recommend.
