When the evening rolls around, gather around the outdoor firepit to roast marshmallows and stargaze. There's also a grill BBQ for cooking up delicious meals in the great outdoors. Located just a few miles from the beach and boat ramp!

The space
The large back porch with a private pool sets the stage for casual downtime after the day's adventures. It's fully enclosed, convenient for hanging out, playing games, having an outdoor dinner, and keeps the bugs out!

The outdoor pool is NOT heated. It is open all year round! Enjoy the ambiance around the pool while you spend time on the back patio.

PETS:
If you plan on bringing pets, we allow up to 2 dogs of any size with a pet fee. Please choose pets on your reservation upon booking.
The property has a fence separating the backyard from our neighbors, but the front and West side sides are unfenced.

Inside the master bedroom with a king-size bed, is a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bathroom is located next to the queen bedroom and has a soaking tub to relax your muscles after a day of swimming or other outdoor activities.

The gorgeous open-concept kitchen is perfect for creating delicious meals while entertaining guests.
Have a seat at the dining table (space for four) and treat the family to a homemade breakfast. Get your caffeine fix using the Keurig coffee maker to energize you for the day ahead!

The dining area seamlessly connects to the bright and airy living room. Here
you will find two comfy sofas and a 55” flat-screen Roku TV where you can stream your favorite tv shows and movies. Enjoy quality time with the family with our selection of board games.

A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the kitchen, and dog bowls for your pet are provided if needed.

》 OUTSIDE SPACE 《
Sliding glass doors lead from the living room onto a spacious and lit back porch and pool where you can swim and enjoy using the outdoor shower. There’s plenty of seating between the dining table for four and the lounge chairs. Fire up the grill and have a delicious BBQ meal while enjoying the serene outdoor environment and watching wildlife.

The fire pit is the perfect place to gather in the evening. Make some s’mores and tell scary stories, or just admire the beautiful starry night sky.

There are two homes on the property. Main House and Cozy Cottage, the distance between houses is 40ft. You are currently in the Main House. Both houses are available for rental. If you would like to book the Main House along with the Cozy Cottage, you will need to make a separate booking for each home. Please see the details below. There is a privacy fence between the Main House and the Cozy Cottage.

As a guest, you have access to the full home, including all indoor spaces, the private pool and porch, and the spacious yard and fire pit. You can easily check in with the smart lock and enjoy all the amenities!

》Other things to note
▶ Please bring wood for the fire pit and charcoal and lighter fluid if you would like to grill.

▶ Guests must be age 25 years or older. Anyone under 25 must have in-room adult supervision. Adults must stay in the unit and be available at all times.

▶There is a fence on the property which separates us from our neighbors on the back part of the property. The sides and front of the property are unfenced.

▶ About The Cozy Cottage next to the main property:
*** Maximum occupancy is 4 guests, with no pool access. If booked together with the main house, the pool is open anytime.

▶ Every Tuesday there is a pool maintenance person to clean the pool for you. It will take a couple of minutes to complete. She will go through the backyard to the pool and will not knock on your door. Every Wednesday the lawn will be mowed.

▶ When you stay with us you’re close enough to all the tourist attractions Destin and Panama City Beach have to offer, but you’re able to leave the crowds behind after the day trip is over. Once you return to your home away from home you can kick up your feet and relax to the sounds of nature, have a swim in the pool, or grill some delicious BBQ. All the homes around you have one acre or more of land, so you can expect peace and quiet during your stay.
