Sue Yang at the front desk provided excellent customer service. She greeted me warmly and was incredibly helpful and understanding. Because of her professionalism and kindness, I decided to upgrade my room. She met all my needs and made the experience pleasant from start to finish. I haven’t received customer service like this in a long time. Whoever hired her did a great job

The rooms were old and dark, We had the curtains open and every light on and it was still super dark. The bed was ok, bedding needs to be updated. We weren’t told that they were renovating so the construction was noisy. That would have been nice to know. I’d say the rate was double what it should have been.

Staff was absolutely fantastic. Just how they dealt with every situation. Professional, kind, courteous, friendly - they were great. Lobby is big and inviting and has everything you need. Rooms are in the process of being updated, but still clean, large, and very comfortable. Great location near university and other locations of interest.

Room was clean, the bed wasn't the most comfy, and the shower head wasn't the greatest. Having a bar is a big plus for me. It is open from 5pm to 10pm. They have HBO Max and some other local channels. The room has a microwave and small fridge, which is awesome. The Staff was very nice and helpful. They gave good recommendations on places near by. The hotel is very centrally located. Everything was minutes away. Plenty of parking. Overall, My Wife and I enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Initially the room I was given was already propped open. I was told it might have been maintenance or housekeeping but it was already past 7pm. I was able to get a different room after asking but was not offered just to be safe. Room is subpar for the price. Furniture looks old and warn. Definitely paying for the amenities rather than your room.
