Unexpected Sauna

Place was really nice, but the thermostat did not work, and the heat couldn't even be turned off. As a homeowner and tradesman, I do know how to adjust or turn off a typical thermostat. The heat seemed to be on all the time even after I set it all the way down. We had to open doors and windows to temper the heat. Pretty hard to swallow $450/night(a stretch on our budget) and not be comfortable. The thermostat was loose on the wall, so it looked like others had tried to adjust it.

Nice condo, unable to regulate temperature

The condo was nice and fit our needs. We were unable, however, to lower the temperature in the condo. We came home from dinner one night and it was 80 degrees inside - with the thermostat set at 65. We opened the windows (20 degrees outside) but were only able to get it to cool to ~75. After placing a call to the management company, this seems to be an issue with the complex as the HOA recently made changes to the heating system. I wish we would have known this before we rented. If it was not for the heat situation, I'd recommend the condo.
