Compare Fua'amotu Intl. airport accommodation

when we checked in on 9/21 the receptionist was so rude. Rather then asking how can I help you she said in a rude town what do you want. I stood there waiting cause she was typing and didn’t acknowledge that I walked in and when I stood there for 3min she then said what do you want? I then said I wasn’t sure whether you she was busy cause she didn’t greet me she was just glued to her screen and didn’t say anything. She then check me in asked my id then told me I have to return the key to the front desk when I check out. She seemed as if she was rushing. I then asked where the elevator was cause he had a lot of luggage and she said they didn’t have one. I asked how many floors and which floor was our room on and she said all the rooms were on the second floor. I told her it was our first time the hotel and wasn’t familiar with the hotel. She brushed me off and continue typing what ever it was that she was typing. I felt like I was bothering her. Mind you we got in on a later flight and got to the hotel around 930pm and were super tired. Anyway we went upstairs and looked for our room. It was confusing cause our room was at the end of the hall on the otherside of the staircase . rooms were huge and the bed was very big (king bed) which was amazing. After bringing our stuff upstairs I and getting settled in my mom and I couldn’t figure out how to turn off the main room lights. We pushed every button and still could t figure it out.she rudely said it’s on the wall but it wasn’t

Great location and very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants and a wonderful massage salon next door.

The best place to stay in Tonga. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Location is perfect for exploring the island.
