Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen im Haus Anneliese. Wolfgang hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und alle unsere Fragen beantwortet. Das Haus ist nicht mehr das Neueste aber das war uns schon vorher klar.. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und man kann sehr viel unternehmen.

Alles in Allem ok. Sehr netter und engagierter Gastgeber! Aufenthaltsraum mit Küche prima. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber. Ein paar Investitionen in Modernisierung und es wäre perfekt. Die Lage ist suoer und der Gastgeber steht einem mit Ausflugstipps zur Seite.

Sensationelle Skiwoche

Wir haben mit 20 Personen eine sensationelle Skiwoche im Apart Anneliese verbracht. Wir wurden herzlich aufgenommen und Wolfgang war bei allen Fragen rund um die Uhr für uns ansprechbar und hat immer sofort weitergeholfen. Die Zimmer waren zweckmässig und das Highlight ist sicherlich der große Aufenthaltsraum mit Küche, in dem die meiste Zeit verbracht wird. Zum Skibus nach Kaltenbach waren es 300m, also kein Problem. Das Haus eignet sich hervorragend für Gruppen bis ca. 24 Personen. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Sauberes und großes Ferienhaus mit tollen Vermietern

Die Lage des Hauses ist nahezu perfekt...in 10 Minuten in Kaltenbach, in 25 Minuten in Hochfügen und in 5 Minuten in Fügen. Also für Skifahrer optimal :) Dazu ist das Haus sehr groß und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen (bis auf die in 2015 erneuerte große Küche), aber es wurde alles gut in Schuss gehalten und war vor allem sehr sauber. Außerdem sind die vermietet sehr freundlich und kommunikativ und helfen bei kleineren Problemen sofort. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt :)

Wir haben das Objekt gewählt, weil wir mit Freunden und Familie einen Geburtstag gefeiert haben. Für uns war alles perfekt, super Kommunikation vor Anreise mit dem Vermieter und auch vor Ort war er immer für uns erreichbar. Haus ist etwas älter aber neu renoviert und sauber. Tolles Haus für mehrere Familien

Wir waren mit 10 Erwachsenen und 8 kleinen Kindern vor Ort und fanden mehr als genug Platz. Der Garten ist gepflegt und bietet Platz zum spielen für die Kleinen und zum Sitzen für die Großen mit schöner Aussicht. Tolles Haus vor allem für größere Gruppen.

Wundervolles gemütliches sehr sauberes Ferienhaus. Top ausgestattete Küche, alles da. Kuschlige lange Decken und Pölster. Internet, Tischkicker Skiraum mit Skischuhwärmer alles vorhanden. Wolfgang Unser Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wirklich 24 Stunden erreichbar. Müllservice und Brötchenservice klasse. Skibushaltestelle paar Minuten zu gehen. Traumskigebiete Kaltenbach oder Spieljoch in 10min mit dem Bus erreichbar. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wunderbarer Skiurlaub im Zillertal

Wir hatten mit unserer großen Gruppe (22Personen) ausreichend Platz und fühlten uns rundum Wohl ! Im Ferienhaus haben wir alles wie im Online-Inserat beschrieben vorgefunden. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich hergerichtet. Die Lage ist für Wintersportler ideal, da nur wenige Gehminuten zur Bushaltestelle entfernt und auch mit dem Auto ist man in unter 10 Minuten in Kaltenbach. Unser Vermieter Wolfgang war immer hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich bei aufkommenden Fragen (Skigebiete, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants ,Wellness). Wir haben uns im Apart Anneliese rundum gut betreut und wohl gefühlt und hatten einen super Skiurlaub. Vielen Dank Wolfgang und Alexandrina! Liebe Grüße Julian

Sehr zufrieden!

Wir haben das Ferienhaus für die gesamte Familie gebucht, um zusammen Weihnachten zu feiern. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und würden alle auch wieder kommen. Besonders hat uns der Aufenthaltsraum gefallen, war super mit sovielen Personen. Resvierung und Ankunft alles ging problemlos, wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Bettwäsche, Handtücher alles war vorhanden, und auch der Müll wurde jeden Tag gewechselt. Einziges kleines Manko war die Heizung/die Fenster, es hat teilweise sehr gezogen. Aber alles in allem waren wir sehr sehr zufrieden, und werden das Haus aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen und bestimmt auch wieder kommen. Preis Leistung super!

Wir waren mit Freunden (insgesamt 10 Erwachsene) zu Gast im Ferienhaus Apart Anneliese. Das Haus bot mehr als genug Platz für uns und wir fühlten uns - insbesondere in der großen Wohnküche - sehr wohl. Der Vermieter war stets freundlich und kümmerte sich bestens um uns. Für große Gruppen, z.B. 5-6 Familien, sehr gut geeignet! Leider kleines Manko...

Fast alles gut, schade war nur, dass der Vermieter den direkten Weg zur Terrasse durch eine Küche im EG nicht aufmachen wollte und wir so mit Grillzeug, usw. immer um das Haus herum laufen mussten. Auch das Zwischenparken von Getränken, usw. war somit in dieser Küche direkt an der Terrasse nicht möglich, war dann letztendlich sehr umständlich und echt nervig! Auf die wiederholte Nachfrage den Zugang nicht doch aufzumachen reagierte der Vermieter ablehnend - und das alles nur um die Endreinigung eines zusätzlichen Raumes zu sparen??? Dankeschön :-(

Skiurlaub Fügen 2018

Wir fahren seit mehreren Jahren in das Haus mit einer größeren Gruppe mit Kindern hin. Auch dieses Mal waren wir voll zufrieden. Das Haus hat genug Platz (für größere Gruppe optimal), auch Kinder haben Platz zum Austoben. Immer sauber und wennn man etwas braucht ist der Vermieter immer erreichbar, freundlich und hilft gerne. Definitiv weiterzuempfehlen.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Wir sind eine Wandergruppe aus Regensburg und nun schon zum 5. Mal in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, der allgemeine Zustand sehr sauber und gepflegt und die Vermieter sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Wir fühlen uns bei jedem Herbsturlaub in diesem Haus sehr wohl und kommen sicher jedes Jahr wieder. In der Nähe ist ein großes Schwimmbad mit Wasserrutsche etc. und auch die Wandermöglichkeiten sind gut. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen.

Una splendida casa sopra le nostre aspettative

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 2 al 9 luglio 2017 in questa bellissima casa, eravamo 23 persone e ci siamo stati molto bene. Il proprietario è stato gentile e ci ha messo a disposizione l'intera casa, le camere molto pulite e ben disposte, comodissimi i bagni con doccia e lavandino in quasi tutte le camere. Cucina molto spaziosa e luminosa e ben organizzata. Abbiamo avuto anche il piacere di sfruttare il giardino per una serata barbecue. Bella la posizione e bellissima la vista.

Urlaub in Fügen

Es hat uns dort wie immer rundum gut gefallen. Wir waren zum fünften Mal in diesem Haus. Alles sauber, gute Ausstattung. Sehr große und gut ausgestattete Küche. Für Urlauber mit Kindern optimal: Spielzimmer und auch sonst viel Platz. Vermieter immer erreichbar und sofot zur Stelle, wenn man ihn braucht. Wir füllten uns, auch wie in den Jahren zuvor, sehr gut betreut. Gerne wieder.

Schöner Skiurlaub in einer Gruppe.

Das Ferienhaus verfügt über eine sehr große und modernisierte Küche inclusive. Aufenthaltsraum.Die übrigen Räume sind ebenfalls sauber. Zum Teil waren die Bettdecken etwas klein. Die im Inserat beschriebene Ausstattung war auch tatsächlich vorhanden. Wir fühlten uns vor Reiseantritt und auch während des Aufenthaltes durch den Vermieter angenehm betreut.Preis/Leistung sind absolut angemessen. Wir waren jeden Tag Ski fahren.
