チェックイン方法が分かりにくかったけど、お部屋は満足

チェックイン方法のメールがなぜか受信できませんでした。現地に到着したものの、どこに連絡したらいいかもわからす、どうしたらいいかとマンションのホールで暫く途方に暮れました。諦めかけたときに、壁に緊急時連絡先の案内が掲示されていることに気づき、電話で問い合わせてよとうやくチェックインできました。電話対応はとても親切でした。お部屋も、このお値段ならまんぞくです。

텐진과 조금 멀다는거 말고는 대부분 만족했습니다 그런데 체크인하는날 물어보는거에 답장도 없고 아파트라서 입구에서 30분정도 가만히 서있었네요

アパートタイプのお部屋ですが、予約後にチェックイン方法の連絡がなく、現地に着いても分からずで電話で問い合わせてようやくチェックインできました。方法をメールしたはずなので再度送りますとの事でしたが結局2通目も届きませんでした…。ただ、電話対応はとても親切で、お部屋も清潔なのはとても良かったです。
