It has free spa service. But they could give out towels at spa, if possible as we had one patron wet out bath towel white we hanged over shower partition when we were enjoying the spa. :-(

The hotel staff were very professional and warm. The room was very clean and the public bath was also very nice. The included breakfast buffet had a large variety of food.
