It is a spacious new apartment, fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We had good communication with the owner and also Carolina who helped us get settled in. We stayed for 2 weeks, I highly recommend.

Wunderbarer Ausblick, tolle Wohnung

Besser hätte es nicht sein können. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 2km vom Stadtzentrum in Funchal entfernt und liegt in einer sehr schönen und gepflegten Wohnanlage. 3 große Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein relativ gut ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine, 2 Tiefgaragenstellplätze sowie ein genialer Balkon konnten uns bei unserem Aufenthalt absolut überzeugen. Am ersten Tag wurden wir von einer Mitarbeiterin des Vermieters empfangen, die uns nicht nur die Wohnung zeigte, sondern gleich auch noch eine Liste mit Sehenswürdigkeiten per Whatsapp übermittelte. Da wir mehr als 10 Tage blieben, wurde die Wohnung nach der Hälfte der Zeit gereinigt. Während es sich um eine Wohngegend handelt, gibt es direkt gegenüber einen tollen Bäcker mit Snackbar (Milho's), und innerhalb nur weniger hundert Meter ein geniales Cafe mit tollen Kuchen (A Confeitaria nos.Barreiros). Raum für Verbesserung gibt es immer, aber alles was ich erwähnen könnte, wäre "in den Krümeln gesucht"
