One form i filled in said check-in was 4-6pm, one said 24hr but for an additional fee after 10pm. One the online forms there was no option to put a check-in for 7pm, which was our arrival plan. I had to message to see if we could check in at 7pm. Long response times to my messages and sometimes no responses at times. Only on the day of check in did someone message to say they would meet us with the keys and what time. We agreed 7pm. We arrived at the property just before 7pm. The host said they were delayed by 45minutes but it was actually 8pm when they arrived. The host took us to the wrong apartment to start with. The host then couldn’t open the door of the apartment, she got the key stuck in the lock. When leaving and locking us in she took 20 minutes to get the key out of the door. N.b the key needs turning multiple times as it has a dead lock but she clearly couldn’t work this out.
