Lady at front desk happily showed us rooms after we paid for comfort suites next door that had bugs all over bed. Rooms are being updated. Not super clean but no bugs and reasonable price aftwr paying $236 next door and not being able to stay and them refusing to give a refund.

We just had a quick one night stay while traveling and we were pleasantly surprised! The beds and pillows were super comfortable!!! Usually we have trouble in hotel beds staying asleep but we slept all night! Room was clean and desk staff were very friendly!

The lady working the front desk watched me and my family walk all the way to our room on the cameras then called our room to make us pay an additional $30 bc I didn’t include my 1 year old on our itinerary. (Bc Expedia only accepts 6 guests, not 7.) The carpet was also disgusting. Our feet were black from walking on the carpet and it felt so dirty too. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

They are under renovation but for paint chips from the hall to be inside of the room. Also there was mixed color pain on the walls covering holes. The staff was great at checking and did come up to reclean the bathroom and sweep up the floors. I think they should have renovated one floor at a time instead of booking rooms that were not complete.
