When I checked into the hotel it was slow and once I tried my key it did not work. My room had a foul smell to it. And every day I had to get my key re aligned. I would never recommend or stay in this again.

When staying in Gainesville for the old Florida vibe, it was refreshing to stay at the Gator Town Inn. It is an older Inn but it was very clean, safe and comfortable for a quick stay.

We required a prompt accommodation option, and the property was available. While the rooms showed signs of needing some updates, the overall cleanliness was satisfactory. The bed was somewhat firm, and the pillows were rather unyielding and could benefit from replacement. The staff, however, was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. It is worth noting that breakfast was not included in our stay, and the room rate was slightly higher than our preference. Nevertheless, overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Decent little place. We just needed a quick one night stay place. Booked for the cheap price, wasnt expecting much. Lobby isnt great but rooms werent bad at all. Clean, comfortable, nothing fancy. If you need fancy not your place. Great for a quick stay and decent price.

Quiet, Comfortable and Clean

Room was very clean and updated, very quiet evening no issues. Bed was Comfortable. They do not offer Breakfast however there is an IHOP across the street. If you are someone who needs Coffee in the morning the Keurig in Room was perfect, the coffee Pods were actually pretty good coffee.. Would stay again..

Clean, and quiet. Great affordable spot to sleep for attending a competition at the Alchua Sports Complex (10 min drive away). Handful of fast food restaurants and IHOP nearby. This is not a “high-dollar hotel” but is a good, no frills, place to lay your head. The staff was professional/friendly, room was clean and not in disrepair though it is an older facility. I the hotel was pretty full but they honored our request for
