This is not a 5 star hotel, but its not supposed to be. For what it is ($70/night hotel off an interstate), it's great. It was clean, smelled ok, felt safe, and had breakfast. I cant stress enough...this is not a luxury accomodation but a pretty decent one night stay.

Served its purpose.

Customer service was so so, the guy wasn’t very pleasant, but he wasn’t rude either. He put us on a room on the third floor. There is no elevator. The trash cans were overflowing in the stair area and I walked past one of the garbage cans going up to the third floor, and it was smell like something rotten was in it. The room had an odd odor. It was fairly clean, and but the bed was not very comfortable at all. We were only there one night and really we just needed to get a place to sleep so it served its purpose, but I would definitely not stay there again if I was returning to the area.

Would not recommend hotel unless you like the smell of mold. Bathroom ceilings with mold build up, toilet stained with previous tenants poop. Mattress needs updated you will sink if you sleep in the middle. Last but not lease the hotel still asks for a 100$ deposit. Has only 2 entries which you would need to wrap around the whole hotel just to go to your room. If you’re on a serious budget then I guess it’ll fit you but based of the ratings it’s a lie ! Not near 2.5-4 stars.
