it was safe, room was clean and beds were wonderful i was travelling with young children and everything was great the location was back off the main drag a little bit which was good to avoid the traffic but just behind the kids favorite restaurant

This is my go to place whenever I'm in Galveston. The property is well maintained, clean, and safe. It is directly adjacent to a Golden Corral restaurant and walking distance to the beach.

The room was spacious and comfortable, although dated. It was clean, but not exceptional. The air conditioner was extremely loud as was the street noise. We just needed one night before our cruise. Probably would not recommend or stay again. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

The room card did not work well. There was a light shining in the room all night through the window as there was not a drape to pull across to darken the room, only a sheer.
