There were no staff upon arrival and had to wait for someone to come and help us. The darkness in the lobby gave us an impression of disregard to guests arriving late. Also, they told us that we need to pay $15 for parking of which it wasn't on the site. Reluctantly we paid and proceed to our room and upon entering the room smelled like something died inside. The rotten smell and the carpet were not cleaned for a long time. All interior didn't have a clean smell and the towels were stained. We returned to the main office and asked to have another unit since the one given had many issues including outlets not working. The second was a little better, but we decided none would be better, so we stayed. The breakfast served were the bare minimum and with not up to par servings units. This place I would not recommend for anyone that is looking for a clean and relaxing place to stay.

Staff poor. First time we went there was almost 11. Lady said rooms were not ready to come back in an hour or so. Went back 2 hours later. Man said check in wasn’t until 4. So we came back at around 5. Finally got in Room Room needs some painting, no click, refrigerator was set on highest.cold. Frozen fruit $12 terrible had to throw out. Stayed 5 days, had no one to clean our room. I had to go hunt down cleaning person to get extra wash cloths and hand towels. Use large bath towels all 5 days. Said dining room was open from 6/9. Went there at 8:45 and everything was fine. Breakfast consisted of 2 very old apples. Bread ends were curling, there were some kind of rolls that were not fresh to touch, as I used a napkin to test freshness. Only thing we had was coffee and couldn’t complain about that. Told all our many friends who live there how dissatisfied we were. Even after trying to gain access to room asked if we could cancel our room. Man said no we couldn’t and if we wanted we could pay for one day and had to wait 48 hours for cancellation. Have travel all over ySA and have never been so dissatisfied. Of our friends what a bad place it was. We have lots of friends there as I lived there for 35 years.

The hotel did not provide blankets only sheets on the bed. There were live roaches in the rooms. Luckily we only stayed here one night. I would never recommend this place to anyone or stay here again.

The nastiest hotel I’ve been in for that price. I made a mistake double booking a different hotel, which was my fault but I couldn’t find which account it was booked incorrectly under. The owner/manager/ father had his family behind the front seat. He and his wife enjoyed having my free money . They reuse disposable items like key sleeves. It’s pretty nasty.

This was the most disgusting room I have ever seen!! The property itself looked old and uncared for. The staff was unavailable to take calls while we tried to remedy the situation with Hotels.com. We couldn't get a refund after deciding to leave The room was filty, floors and furniture all scratched up. The shower hadn't been cleaned, or the shampoo or soap filled, it so full of dirt and residue from previous bottles. Most of the tiles in the shower floor were broken. The mirrors were all old and needed to be replaced, towel rack was ripped from the wall. The ceiling was dirty and had cobwebs in the corner. The airconditioning/heating unit had a ball of exposed wires underneath. All of the furnishings were old, stained and worn out. The tv screen was being held together by packing tape. There was the biggest ball of hair, dirt and leaves attached to a lamp cord, so much hair we initially thought it was a dead animal. The worst of all was mold on the bed skirt....actual mold! Couldn't get out of there fast enough.... After almost an hour on the phone with Hotels.com they were able to get us into another hotel, which we paid for, was unable to get a hold of the hotel staff and as of yet we've received no refund for this horrible hotel. Extremely disappointed!!

We were not given the room booked, we were charged more than what agreed upon, the staff was rude , breakfast was not fresh, the facility needs serious updates

I am surprised that Wyndham allows this property to operate under their name. Just the appearance of the property itself screams negligence. The room was horrible. The overwhelming scent of bleach hit as soon as we walked in the door, there were large stains on the walls, and the beds were full size beds instead of the queen beds we reserved. Would give zero stars if possible.

Very great customer service, clean room, comfortable bed, just wish they had some other hand soap instead of a bar of soap and you can hear the room next too you very clearly they also charged a incidental fee of $50 that I didnt know about but overall other than that great stay!

Staff could care less. Dirty bottom sheet on one bed, 2 adults we got no washcloths and only one hand and bath towel. Woke up TWICE early evening and middle of night by blaring fire alarm which staff just dismissed as someone smoking in their room. TWICE and not even an apology. Worst stay ever Avoid this place!!!

Room was fine, parking was very spacious. The one problem was the fire alarms. First one rang around 8pm, and lasted about 5 mins, second alarm rang around 4 am, then another right after. My whole sleep was messed up after that.

No hand soap or kleenex .Smoke alarm went off on the property at 4am because someone was smoking.Room floor wasnt clean enough.To much noise.Look more like a motel instead of hotel.Amenities were very limited.

T.v. broken, Refrigerator broken, bed had sink hole in mattress, closet door didnt shut properly, front desk employee randomly barged in room without knocking to work on electrical when it wasnt even the correct room. Ended up getting charged for broken Refrigerator that was already broken. Was only one night so didnt want to bother to complain about everything. Will never stay here again and would never recommend. I have other complaints but i feel this should he enough for you to get the picture. Looks like they had way nicer rooms right up the road. Wish i would have looked there first.

If you are a women, do not stay here. The parking lot is not lit and the doors do not lock. After speaking to the front desk, no refund options were offered and we chose to leave for another hotel. I will not be staying here or any Wyndham in the future, absolutely horrible experience
