Loved the gym and pool and restaurant. Excellent dining. One small item not so good was the bathroom lights, no light for the mirror so was hard to see when shaving or putting makeup on.

The room is very clean and spacious, although we were next to the road which is noisy even at night and the road was dug up outside starting at 9am. Breakfast was good, not sure about the quality of the sausages. Pool is good and the sauna is a nice extra. Dinner was disappointing, we ordered steaks and both were tough, spoke to the restaurant manager and he said that he would speak to the chef, but nothing was done. Waited ten minutes for the bill and then asked a second person. Waited a further ten minutes to remove the bill and no update from the chef. Very disappointing dinner for the the price. Location is good, with a regular bus service into the city.

This hotel is literally at a busy crossroads, but that makes it very convenient to go to other sites in the area without having to drive through downtown Galway, which has tons of traffic. We really loved the extensive parking lot, and the breakfast at the hotel was wonderful. There was lots of natural light in the room. The beds were very comfortable and had wonderful linens. The room was very quiet. The staff was kind and helpful.

Luxury feeling

Hotel nice, clean and gives luxury feeling. Small swimming pool but enough for some fun. Good sauna. Restaurant very busy but food very good.
