Private: small garden 1'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (5 x 11 m, depth 150 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 06.May. - 30.Sep.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. In the house: central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine, heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 28.Mar.. Linen change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Towel change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Motor access to the house (150 m via unmade road). Parking at the house at 30 m. Shop 2 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km.
