Located in the heart of Garden City, this spacious barn-and-silo getaway comfortably sleeps up to 38 guests and is perfect for family reunions, large group vacations, and unforgettable weekends with the people you love.

Indulge in the charm of this stunning barn-style home featuring an attached silo and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with beautiful natural light. The fully stocked kitchen includes upgraded stainless steel appliances, two refrigerators/freezers, double ovens, abundant cabinetry, an oversized island, and a large dining area designed for gathering and entertaining.

A hallway connects the main barn home to the incredible 3-story silo experience. Guests can enjoy a fun-filled playroom, cozy theater room, unique bunk spaces, and the unforgettable indoor slide connecting the upper level to the main floor.

The outdoor space only adds to the experience! Spend evenings roasting s’mores around the fire pit, relaxing in the hot tub beneath the stars, or enjoying yard games and outdoor fun with family and friends.

Guests enjoy full private access to the home and attached silo during their stay. The property is located next to another home called The Farm House, but both properties are completely separate with private entrances, kitchens, and living spaces. The only shared area is the outdoor yard and communal fire pit.

There is a grouchy neighbor who made it so we couldn’t use the hot tub at all after 10:00 pm (even for just normal speaking voices). The kitchen was fully equipped to accommodate a crowd. The house was beautiful and clean. We were able to find everything we needed. The two separate houses are sufficiently separated for space and privacy. The barn and silo has a ton of parking space on the property as there’s no street parking permitted in Garden City.

It was ok

Place is nice, clean and comfy. But when we got there and unloaded our kitchen stuff noticed that dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. Heater thermometer located on 1st floor, so no matter how you set the temperature its either cold downstairs or hot upstairs. Silo has 3 floors and every floor has its heater but silo is so weakly insulated that heaters work non stop and cant warm it up. Another issue is that property has 2 houses on it and shared parking lot at the back of property. When we were unpacking and changing a truck drove on the side of the house by our windows, blinds were open because we didnt know that it has shared parking on the back so if they look at the window of that room they would clearly see me and that was uncomfortable. Outside grill was never cleaned, i fired it up to do some meat and whole grill caught on fire and most of meat got burned. Next day i decided to clean it and took off about 2 inches of waste from under the grates.
