- The hot tub is a great place to relax. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Children must be supervised by an adult while using the hot tub. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!
- No late check out.
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God/other things that are beyond our control.

- Please purchase travel insurance if you are concerned about circumstances that may keep you from being able to come or stay the entirety of your trip.

- Shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal and coffee are not provided

Had to ask local restaurants that did deliveries to take me to the home, (twice) GPS will not identify MTN RDS. The. house looked clean from a distance. It seriously needed a deep clean. I wish I could post pictures. I arrived very late at night. The lower level of the home had 2 very big windows. that were uncovered and just black. I could not tell what was outside. The next day I could see it was just the woods, main level ground. Creepy. I kept finding little bugs in the bed I have never seen before. It looked like wads of stringy hair, but it moved. I ask the owner to compensate the stay somehow with a partial refund or even a discount for a future stay ( at a different location of course) I was told sorry, we do not make adjustments after the bill has been sent. Hope to see you next time.

The AC unit was not working properly. There were clothes left in a drawer when we checked in. We placed them on the closet floor. The upstairs blow dryer overheats and does not work. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!
