Pros: Location on street is great. Room was clean and comfortable. Cons: We were not told before booking that there was no pool in use and no breakfast “until further notice,” two important factors for us. Supposedly the property is under “renovation,” but we saw no evidence of that. It was kind of dark in the hallways and parking garage. Don’t count on seeing anything but a wall from your balcony unless you get one of the few that look over the pool because the building is an odd configuration. It was also noisy from the rooms next door well into the night and we had trouble closing the bathroom door properly. With all the negatives, we felt the room was overpriced for low season and lack of amenities.

Room felt a little damp and musty. The hall out side of the elevators had a weird smell. The beds where soft and small. We loved the water pressure in the shower.

The place smelled awful. Basically moldy and mildew. If anyone has allergies to mold not a place to stay. Room on third floor stunk the entire time there and said it had been renovated. Definitely a mold problem on the third floor. Unfortunately, we will not be staying ever again. Yes, we have stayed here before.

The hotel is at the south end of Gatlinburg. Next year we're going to go to one of the hotels that's more center of town. The wife has trouble walking. Overall the Reganis not bad.

The ac unit sounded like it was dying. The room was constantly damp and humid. We tried opening the door to the balcony to dry it out. But it didn’t work.

Room was ok. Needs work. Spout in shower was about to fall off. Toilet was wobbly. Air conditioner was nasty and made horrible noises.

The parking lot is a tight fit and no available spaces in the evenings, but they will give you a paid ticket for the parking lot directly across the street. The tub jets didn't work, but that wasn't an issue for us. We loved the Tub, the view, and the location.

Back of parking garage was sketchy and felt unsafe to park in. Only a couple dim lights and signs saying park at your own risk. The hallway getting to my room was also dark with limited lighting. My specific room 113 had a balcony that someone could come in from the roof to the right of it and another balcony on the left. Balcony door lock seems like it could be easily pushed through to break in from balcony.
