The outdoor play area was quite small. My daughter and I went to play ping pong and all the balls were broken (which I know you have no control over). On Christmas day some kid a few condos over kept screaming as loud as he could early in the am out the balcony which woke us all up after being out late the night before. Then the next night my husband and I were sitting on the balcony and it started shaking which scared the crap out of us. My kids felt it inside too. We still don’t know what that was about. The last night we were there our down stair neighbors were out on the balcony watching porn (thankfully my kids were inside). But other than the inconsiderate people around us it was a nice trip.

This stay had both positives and negatives. The property itself was great and worked well for our family with kids ages 5, 8, and 13. The room, view, and pool were enjoyable, and you can tell the owners take pride in the property. Unfortunately, the management company was extremely difficult to reach. We discovered a plumbing issue almost immediately upon arrival. The toilet was unusable and there was no plunger, so we had to walk to the pool building to use the restroom the first night. Despite multiple calls, long hold times, voicemails, and Hotels.com also attempting to contact them, nothing was resolved that night. We were told someone came by, but only toilet paper was left and the issue remained. We also ordered firewood and never received it. The next morning, the maintenance lady called and promptly fixed the problem within minutes. She was kind, professional, and truly cared. She is the reason this review is not entirely negative. Overall, not a horrible stay, but management communication and follow-through need major improvement.

The condo was great! Everything was spotless! There were a couple broken things, which i noted to the management company, but it in no way deterred from our visit or would keep us from booking again! We visited at the best time because Gatlinburg was absolutely empty. I'm so completely happy with our stay!

Place had a beautiful view. The road getting there was very steep. D101 was outdated beds not that comfy and should leave a little bit more supplies. Couch and chairs were old and uncomfortable. But for the view you don’t get any better.

The rental property management was very good with the communication. The view was absolutely incredible. I felt like the condo needed some TLC, but I would definitely recommend staying here and we will be back. It’s located in a very great location to get to everything. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Parking was very easy. The kitchen was definitely a plus. The room itself was a little outdated, but it did the trick. The site was beautiful. The water heater was small so heads up on the hot water not lasting too long. It was a great spot for the price. Take your time driving up there, it’s definitely an experience.

All Rooms were clean. No staff on site so I had to email them or call or txt them for any question. Kitchen was perfect used the oven with no problem and it was electric. Parking was okay during weekday on weekend everyone arrives and you have park a little further other than that was a good week stay.

Unit very nice. Beds very comfortable. We did have a couple issues when we got there. Closet door in small bedroom was off the track on the top. Living room tv would not switch to Netflix. Tv in small bedroom would not come on. We tried different batteries still not working. We called 2 times. No one ever came to fix or called us back.

This place was super clean. It looked brand new. The views were breathtaking. Even the pull out couch had a decent comfortable mattress. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable.

The view was nice. The place could use a deep cleaning and an update on decor. The TVs were all low quality. The coffee maker was broken but the property replaced it with a new one upon request. Overall thw place was okay but i would not stay here again.

Yes the room was good. The only thing we saw was the carpet is getting old and kinda worn and tearing in some spots. Other than that we enjoyed the stay. And loved the heater in the bathroom in the ceiling.
