I like that the stream is just outside the hotel, haunted mansion is just next to the hotel and walkable distance from the main road.

The check in was very quick and easy. This is my second time I’ve stayed here. It’s very convenient to everything on the main strip. The only things I didn’t like is that there were many children at the pool late at night and not being supervised. They were climbing all over the rocks (that stay stay off) and then diving into the pool. I did say something to the sfaff and they did nothing. I was worried they were going to get hurt. Another thing was the air conditioner in our room kept making a dripping noise all night that kept us awake all night.

Comfortable and convenient no frills

Nice hotel and convenient to downtown. Unfortunately it’s located next to the Mystery Mansion attraction which blasts creepy music from 3-10pm so relaxing on your balcony is difficult. Breakfast was a little disappointing with few choices (no bagels, donuts, or bacon, and fruit was just oranges). Balcony views of city seem deceiving since our view on the 5th floor was partially blocked by big tree. Price was good and would probably stay again but be more picky about which room next time.

Not until after booking and paying for room did we find out we have to pay to park onsite, makes no sense to me to pay to park where you are already paying to stay. Worst part, the parking places are so small i couldn't get out of either my door or the passenger door of my car. I weigh 150. Literally had to climb out of the back. This was not due to the spot I was in, I saw others having to do this as well. For the parking alone I would not stay here again.

Loved it!

We wanted to stay somewhere different after visiting the area many times. Wow! We were highly impressed by the location, the view, the hotel itself and its front desk associates. The underground parking was convenient. The only drawback was the $16 a day parking fee not included in the room. Bed was super comfy, room was clean and the balcony gave a spectacular view of the town and mountains. Elevators were quick and easy too. We did not partake in the free breakfast but it smelled good. We would def book here again.

It was my first time staying at this property. I really enjoyed the location, as it was centeal to all activities and dining in Gatlinburg. I enjoyed the staff. Any and all interactions , they were polite and friendly and helpful. The parking was okay and not as difficult as I imagined from reading other reviews, however, the garage does fill up. The beds were comfortable and the pool was great. The only cons were the pillows and the coffee. Each bed had four pillows and they were small and mostly flat. I travel with my own, so it was okay. Lastly, the coffee. I am not a coffee snob, but i do enjoy my coffee. This coffee was no good. I used two bags in the small pot in the room which made it a bit better, but overall, I did not care for it. These were small, quite fixable issues. Overall, it was a good place to stay and I plan on staying again on my next trip back.

Recent paint refresh. Looks good. Although very nice still dates. Staff was very friendly. Was a bit disappointed when they told me they are now charging $15 a day to park. One of the things we loved was parking and breakfast made it a great value. Now not as attractive
