Our beautiful three-bedroom chalet is a new construction (2020) that sleeps 8 and is just a quick 10-minute drive from Gatlinburg. Our cabin is perfect for your quiet getaway located just a mile drive up from the Parkway and the Gatlinburg Visitor Center, in the beautiful Chalet Village North.

Nestled in the gorgeous Smokies, our spacious chalet provides you and your guests with serenity, convenience and a multitude of luxurious amenities that you deserve: cathedral ceilings, walls of windows, 3 levels of outdoor decks, a top deck for taking in the gorgeous views, outdoor dining area, gas BBQ grill, game room, shuffleboard and foosball tables, hot tub, karaoke machine, and a community pool, tennis courts and gym (open during the summer only).

Sunrise Chalet offers a fully equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to prepare your own farm-to-table meal, including a standard size refrigerator, oven, stove, toaster, pots, pans, and cutleries. With an open design, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of counterspace, and a large island with additional seating, theres room to whip up a meal and enjoy it right here in the comfort of your own cabin. The dining area is situated right off the kitchen, with seating large enough to gather and enjoy your meals comfortably.

You will never feel cramped here at Sunrise Chalet. Both the main and upper levels will welcome you to large king-sized beds, both situated with built-in electric fireplaces, TVs, and ceiling fans. The lower-level bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, which also has its own electric fireplace in the bedroom as well. The game room is perfect for your kiddos (or guests that are young at heart), with a twin-over-twin bunk bed. And you can pack light, because all three full-sized bathrooms contain towels and starter soaps, shampoos, toilet paper, and other bathroom essentials needed to start your vacation off on the right foot!

While relaxation and comfort abound throughout Sunrise Chalet, the downstairs game room was designed for family fun! If hours of competition between rounds of foosball games or shuffleboard competitions dont keep you busy enough, more fun awaits you outdoors! You and your guests can relax in the private hot tub, whip up dinner on the outside grill, play a round or two of corn-hole, or enjoy the community outdoor seasonal pool for a daytime dip! Sunrise Chalet is perfectly located and is just 1.3 miles up the mountain from the Parkway, with well-maintained and well-traveled roads all the way up to our Cabin!

The cabin was more than we expected! Communication with the host was excellent! Beautiful decorations, hot tub and fireplace were fabulous after long days of exploring. Extra bonus was the location of the trolly, very convenient to explore Gatlinburg and avoid the parking prices! Would definitely stay here again.

We arrived at the house after dark, and while the driveway is steep and a bit intimidating at first, it is manageable. The cabin itself was clean and well maintained.The main reason we chose this cabin was for the view, and it absolutely did not disappoint. The sunrise was incredible, and the rocking chairs on the deck made it even better—such a peaceful way to start the day.We were hoping to see a bear during our stay, but we may have been a bit early in the season. However, we did get to see a bobcat walk through the yard, which was really special!We didn’t end up using the hot tub, as we preferred spending time enjoying the view. It’s located on the lowest deck, where there isn’t a view.The only minor issues we ran into were with supplies. We stayed for a week and were only provided with two garbage bags, which wasn’t quite enough for a group our size. We were traveling from out of state and didn’t think to bring or purchase extras. There were also only two bath towels per bathroom (six total for eight guests), but we were able to make it work using the washer and dryer and some towels we brought.These were very small inconveniences overall, but I wanted to mention them so future guests can plan accordingly.

There was no heat or hot water on arrival. The showers were mildewed and smelled. There were spots in drywall that had partially repaired holes. The outside furniture was mostly falling apart. The hot tub cover was held together with duct tape.The host was in no hurry to help. Had to get VRBO to provide a hotel. Thought we were being helped by VRBO to move to another cabin to only find out we paid for two places and no refund of a horrible experience.

Enjoyed our stay there. The pools are a great asset, particularly as it was so hot outside. We would hike in the morning and then spent much of the day at the pool with the kids loved. You do need to drive to the pools, but the drive to and from is rather easy and can provide some very scenic spotsThe kids loved the place there was ample TVs, arcade game, shuffleboard, and foosball. The foosball has seen better days but it worked well enough for the kids. The shuffleboard is a bit uneven so it skews one way unfortunately. The grill worked well. I would say if you plan to go in the fall or winter and want to use the fire pit you do need to bring your own propane as there was none there. It is listed, but I think it was listed after we booked the site unless I missed something. Again it was hot we didn’t even use it at night. Hot tub worked but again didn’t use it. It was a fine place to stay and would stay there again.Justin as a host though was fantastic. He was very accessible and quick to respond. Could not ask more from him.

It was advertised as a great view but the hillside was so overgrown you could not see anything. I would recommend you have someone go out and clean up the property. The pull offs were inaccessible due to the overgrowth and it was a bit creepy overall to be outside because everything was so overgrown.Otherwise great property, we were able to enjoy the pool a couple of days and liked the location a lot.
