The property is clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful. The BIG problem was a "hidden charge" for parking. For the 4-night stay we were charged more to park than for another night. A 28% surcharge for parking. This property is in an area where everyone drives their private vehicle. Parking should be included in the room rate, or clearly stated at the time of booking.

I wasn’t able to sleep at all because of other guests being loud slamming a door over and over again at 12am for over an hour. When I called the front desk to finally tell someone about it she was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. She said “ok? And what do you want me to do about it?” When I asked the guy at the desk the next morning if there was a manager I could talk to he just said “no.” I haven’t been able to get in touch with a manager still, I guess they see nothing wrong with treating guests that way and aren’t willing to address it. It’s a decent enough room but the staff is really unprofessional. Reporting a noise disturbance in the middle of the night that went on for over an hour is a normal thing hotels deal with all the time, I really didn’t deserve to be treated like that.

Hotel was clean, room was clean, staff was very helpful. We had a light bulb not working, it was replaced immediately.Room needed more lighting. Cleaning staff ignored do not disturb sign. I did not realize there was a fee for parking.( I just missed that on the website) However, $15 per day is extreme!!! I have never paid for parking at other Fairfield Inn and Suites!

Room was spacious and super clean. Hotel has a modern vibe and very inviting. Complimentary breakfast was much more than expected. Staff were super friendly. I would highly recommend and would stay there again. The only negative was a daily parking fee which I did not realize at the time of booking.
