Phone didnt work in room. Gaps around air unit to outside, think ants were getting in. Heat/air unit in bedroom had previously been burned, not working at first. Maintenance came & fixed. Patio needed bushes trimmed up

My only complaint is the parking. The underground parking lot is extremely hard to park a full size SUV in, especially when other vehicles park in the middle spot of the 3 spots there. We had to park up the street at the main location where the overflow parking was and walk back to our condo. Other than that, I was pleased.

Great Location, But Desperately Need Renovation

The unit had several positives, including its close proximity to the city, a fully equipped kitchen, and a nice view. The two bathrooms and ample sleeping space made it convenient for our stay. The balcony with seating was a nice touch, and the ability to self-restock supplies as needed was a plus. However, the overall condition of the unit was disappointing. It was very old and rundown, long overdue for a refresh. Dust had built up on fixtures and furniture, the wallpaper was peeling and dirty, and there was visible water damage on the walls. The showers drained slowly, the grout was filthy and blackened, and the mattresses were heavily worn, sinking in the middle. The living room furniture was also in poor condition. The exterior of the building was similarly neglected. Sidewalk tiles were uneven and hazardous, and the once-pretty fountain pictured online had turned into a dumping ground for garbage bags. The balcony and walkways were in desperate need of a power wash. Overall, while the location and amenities were convenient, the lack of upkeep significantly impacted the experience. A thorough renovation and better maintenance would make this a much better place to stay.

Very disappointed when we arrived, our room was not ready and we didn’t arrive until 6pm. Check in was at 4pm. We had a horrible drive due to tons of traffic and the check in delay made our arrival frustrating. We finally got a call at 6:47pm that the room was ready.

The hotel was mych better than we anticipated. The room was a little dirty, old food on the ground and counter, and broken dishes. The pool's roof had a hole where the skylight was. And the jacuzzi tub in the room had black stuff shoot out of it, so we couldn't use it. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Staff were all super helpful and friendly. Overall a good stay but the heater to the indoor pool was not working for half of our stay which made swimming with small kiddos not possible. It was fixed halfway through though and was fine the rest of our stay. Mattresses are very firm. Great location and overall a very good stay!

Walked into the hotel room smelling super strong like bleach, turns out the room has bad mold, emailed manager and gave her a few days to message back, and they never did. See picture below if you want to stay & sleep with mold. Don't recommend

The staff at the iffice was so nice & were very friendly. We truly loved our room. When you first come in the room it smells so fresh & clean. We truly loved having the fireplace in our room. The next time we come we will try out one of the rooms with a jacuzzi tub in it. I highly recommend your resort & we'll be back again. ❤️

We loved our stay here! I would rent the same room again next time, the view out our patio door was Amazing! The side of the building where our room was located felt quiet and private. Not only that, but our original room was not ready even though we checked in after 4, so the nice front desk lady placed us in an upgraded room with a view without us even asking.

Hotel stay.

Its was a nice place had some renovations going on. Only down side was the indoor heated pool was ice cold. Kids were disappointed. That was one of the reasons i booked it was because of the pool.
