The staff was courteous and welcoming. Check in went quickly and was a breeze. Our room was cozy and very clean. The grab and go breakfast was full of variety. This location is exactly what you want. It starts at almost the very beginning of downtown Gatlinburg. We will definitely stay here again next time.

The lady in the front desk was extremely rude didn’t let her employees handle the reservation with me. She just kept chiming in and asking me what my service dog does wha services does he provide all these questions she’s not allowed to ask. I had my registration his id everything proper she was a horrible first guest experience. The room was great very spacious left that same night due to the threats of leaving my animal in room from that miserable lady. Other than that room was clean and nice with fireplace

Fireplace was nice, parking easy…. BUT we got jacuzzi room. No soap in room, jets shot out black stuff and even with us cleaning and redoing four times… still continued and could not use it. Coffee maker was broken, told staff and they said they would fix. They never showed back up. Remote to tv didnt work. Toothpaste on counter and in sink when arrived. I would pick a different place for sure. For that price you can find something better for sure.

Dumpsters were emptied at 4:30 AM at hotel and surrounding area extremely loud for about 15 minutes. Trash removal trucks should come a bit later. Clean well maintained hotel for the price.
