Cabin was clean but does need repairs. Kitchen drawers ready to fall out. Had basic glassware no wine glasses. Hot tub was nice . Washer and dryer was missing even though complimentary laundry soap was present.carpet definitely needs replacement.

Nice cabin with some flaws

It was a nice cabin. A few things to note, though. The grill gas hose leaked propane and the grill would not ignite. The dishwasher would not start. And then a few little things like the porch light not working and the sinks stopping up. The bath tub knob is broken and is a struggle to get the water to turn off, so we didn’t even take a bath. Other than that, it was a peaceful and fun trip!

The listing is 100% an accurate. There is no pull out bed. There was nowhere for my kids to sleep. BUGS EVERYWHERE!!! There was no toilet paper. The trash door is broke. There was only two towels on the property. The bedroom TV and cable does not work. The upstairs TV and cable does not work. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED and would NOT suggest spending your hard earned money here ! Baby

Great cabin in the woods!

Great cabin, convenient to down town Gatlinburg. Cozy and clean and the hot tub was a plus! Neighbors were loud in the middle of the night in their hot tub, other than it was quiet during the day.

Nice location

Overall the stay was really nice. Cabin was just as described, and was walkable to downtown. The hot tub was extremely clean! Video game was a nice feature. The new interior paint was a nice touch but the interior carpet, the king bed and all bedding desperately need to be replaced.
