Very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. Literally right across the street from the convention center. Parking is free. Has cool old-school vibe as one of the last family-owned hotels in Gatlinburg.

Beautiful rooms. Friendly staff convenient to many activities and restaurants! Could use more water pressure in shower. And walls are thin was on 2nd floor and it sounded like people above is were having a tap dance class till after midnight every noght for 3 of our days.
