We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Front desk staff were fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed. Some of the activities staff were a little less than kind, but honestly, as sad as it is, rudeness is expected. The amenities were great, the room was perfect. A little disappointed in the hours for Southern Comfort restaurant, we were looking forward to eating there, but their hours didn’t align with our schedule. Overall, we will probably stay here again sometime. Our kids loved it and it was nice for us. Conveniently located near everything.

Beautiful place to be.

Our stay was very nice. We had some problems with the fireplace not working but they fixed it right away. Front door was sticking very bad and would only open about 2 feet. They only other disappoint we had was the mattress on the pull out sofa was only about 2 inches thick and very unconfortable.

Our experience at Westgate Smoky Mountains Resort was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The resort is nestled in the heart of the Smokies, offering stunning mountain views and a serene atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxation. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities needed to feel right at home. We especially loved the cozy fireplace and private balcony — such a treat after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was the on-site water park, which kept the kids entertained for hours. It’s a great addition to the resort, especially on cooler days when you want some indoor fun. There’s also plenty to do for adults, from hiking trails nearby to the spa services offered right on the property. The location is ideal — just minutes away from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, making it easy to explore the area’s attractions like Dollywood, Ripley’s Aquarium, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Overall, Westgate Smoky Mountains exceeded our expectations. It’s the perfect blend of luxury and family-friendly fun, and we can’t wait to return!

The resort is very loud. You can hear people in other rooms, when people walk up the stairs and every time the golf carts are backing up. We also had to wait over an hour to get into.our room even though it was well past the check in time.

The property was very nice in overall, the only thing I disslike was the service at the restaurant, the waiter seem to be in a hurry, he even brought us the check without asking if we wanted coffee or dessert. Everything else was great.
