Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, so they upgraded us. Kinda of happy it wasn’t ready because we got an amazing room, very roomy, clean, with an Amazing view. The staff was super nice, specially Robert. My kids loved the Waterpark and the Escape room. Bottom line we won’t be staying at any other resort but this one in the future.

This resort was very clean and smelled cleaner!! The front desk was very friendly and great customer service! FYI please keep in mind that you will have to buy tickets to do the indoor water park. Which I thought was included 😬 other than that we loved everything about it. One request add another bonfire by the 7000 building!

Very clean. The unit had everything we needed for ADA guests. It was comfortable. We had two units that were connected. The one with the king-size bed and balcony was perfect, but the one with the queen bed was very dark and felt more cramped. We enjoyed our stay but it was very busy especially around the oil and lobby.
