1 King IN MAIN, TWO TWINS, 1 Queen, 2 SETS OF BUNK BEDS WITH 2 TRUNDLES, SOFA BED, WASHER/DRYER, 2 FIREPLACES, 2 KITCHEN, DVD, ALLOWS 2 PETS ($75 PER PET) FENCED YARD, DECK.

The adjacent LR has a large sectional, two wing back chairs, a 48” flat screen TV, DVD player, and stereo/CD player. The main bdm has King bed, half bath and has a TV with DVD player. The 2nd bdm has two twin beds (extra long) and a there is full bath with tub/shower. Downstairs living area has a second kitchen, living area with sofa bed, a 50” flat screen TV,. The downstairs 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and the 4th bdm has two sets of bunks with trundles. Walk in shower and a laundry room are located downstairs. WI-FI is in the house as well.





This is a non-smoking residence. Maximum occupancy 8. Minimum age to rent the house 25.





This property does not allow large gatherings/parties.





Maximum of two pets allowed for $75.00 per pet, per stay.





$200 non-refundable cleaning fee $250 refundable security deposit. 3-night minimum.





Full refunds will be given if reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival. If notice is received less than 30 days

Really just a wonderful place and location

We really enjoyed our week stay here as we were house-hunting. The location is so perfect- close to the beach, in a quiet neighborhood, and you have the hotel nearby for food/drinks/etc. It truly was perfect for us. We will book it again if we have to return for a second trip. Very nice and highly recommend. Our dog loved the backyard and beach walks.

This is a wonderful home. Has all the necessities. My family stayed here as my daughter got married nextdoor at McMenamins. I loved the two kitchens which helped with all the cupcakes I made for the wedding. The beach is a couple blocks away. We will definitely rent this home again.

Everyone enjoyed staying here. There is so much to see in the area and plenty of space for everyone

Everyone loved the property and would like to stay here again. It would be nice if it had a garbage disposal for clean-up and a better shower head in the upstairs bathroom. The beach and the restaurant are so close. So much to and so close in the area. Whether you want the beach, museums, arcades, theare, hiking, etc. it is there.

The house was awesome! It was well furnished with everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

The location was perfect. We were close to everything we wanted to do but away from the crowds of other coastal towns. The house was well furnished with everything we needed and it was clean and prepared upon our arrival. Check in and out was super easy. I would definitely rent this house again and would recommend it to others.

We had a great time. We especially enjoyed the area of the kitchen, bar, dining room, patio.

We had a great time and would come back. It would have helped to have known where to check in—at the Sandtrap. When our reservation was confirmed, a message could have been sent directing us where to go to sign in and pick up the keys. That might be a VRBO issue. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you!

Thanksgiving family reunion

Nice location. Plenty of room for all. A couple of issues confirming the reservation initially and getting check in directions but once we arrived, we had a wonderful time.

This house is perfect for 2 families to gather. It has all the amenities in the kitchen (minus a wine bottle opener) and the 3 block walk to the beach can’t be beat. We will definitely stay here again!
