THE PROPERTY AND ITS LOCATION ARE UNDERWHELMING. I AM NOT THE TYPE TO LEAVE SUCH DAMAGING REVIEWS, BUT WHEN MY DAUGHTER GETS NAUSEOUS FROM THE ODOR OF URINE, AND OTHER INDESCRIBABLE ODORS, WE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO LEAVE. THE HOST WAS NON-RESPONSIVE TO OUR REPEATED MESSAGES CONCERNING THE MATTER.

There was no toilet paper when we arrived. There were problems with the plumbing where both the toilet and the shower backed up. There was something filthy on two of the walls, feces-blood color. There were plenty of dishes, pots and pans, but no silverware.It took the host more than 48 hours to reply to our messages, and most of the responses felt insensitive, AI-generated, and we felt our concerns were ignored or dismissed.

Eravamo a Ginevra per lavoro dunque l'appartamento per noi era comodo e abbastanza grande per ospitarci. Purtroppo c'è stata disorganizzazione nel check-in e una volta entrati abbiamo trovato l'appartemento non adeguatamente pulito. I piatti erano stati roposti senza essere stati lavati, mancavano i bicchieri, la rete non funzionava... Peccato perché la zona è tranquilla e comoda... basterebbe un po' più di cura...
