We stayed for one night, room was clean, staff was helpful, location was good, and bed was comfortable. It can be a little noisy at times as the walls don't block any sound, but for the most part it was a good stay.

Small, clean, quiet. FrIendly staff. Good wifi connection. Breakfast for just 5 CHF. Great location. Close to the Gare Cornavin, public transportation stops, coffee shops, restaurants. Within short walking distance of the Lake and the river. Good price.

The hotel is ok for a budget hotel. VERY noisy if room faces street. But also very few room amenities. No clock. Difficult to reach (and fee)?power outlets. No USB plugs. Very dated infrastructure. Even low cost upgrades would make a difference. It’s an easy walk to the train and to old town. And the front desk staff is friendly. Note that the desk is not staffed 25 hr, so best to get there between 7:00 am and 20 pm. We came later but the front desk called us to let us know how to get in and find our rooms, and he was very nice.

The rooms have paper thin walls and you can hear everything. Does not feel very safe. More of a hostel vibe than a hotel. Rooms very small and I was a lone traveller. Only plug socket that worked was in the bathroom.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy hotel. The staff are fantastic! Overall, the hotel is warm, comfortable and has lots of charm. The beds are great, water pressure is good and one can easily walk to Old Town. My only minor complaint is there is quite a lot of traffic noise throughout the night and early morning if you end up in a street-facing room; perhaps at some point they can invest in double glazed windows to cut down on the sound. If you are a light sleeper, just request a room on the other side of the hotel, problem solved. Would definitely stay here again!
