Like you are home!

The people that own this bb tube treat you like family! They talk to you they tell you were to go in the city they also feed you all day long with very good food! Please if you read this you must stay there! I loved every thing about bb tube and it’s right next to the train station ! Look at my pictures you can see your room from the train and all the great food they put out for you!!

Super place, the best B & B we’ve ever stayed in!

What a wonderful place to stay. Luigi and Josefina were outstanding hosts, friendly, warm and informative about what we should see and do on our too short stay in Genoa. Our room and bathroom were modern, very comfortable and only a few minutes walk to the train station and central Genoa. The breakfast was exceptional with fresh squeezed juice, several types of focaccia and croissants which Luigi buys fresh every day. Not to mention all the cheeses, meats, vegetables and fruit. The list is endless. If we ever return to Genoa we will definitely stay at BBTube.

I’m a professional traveler spending 20 days a month in 5 star hotels. I like quality and would have never dreamed of booking a B & B but due to overbooking at my original choice and no choice available I booked BB tube. The experience showed me I could save 75% of my hotel budget without loosing on quality. Warm friendly professional welcome, beautifully designed breakfast room new modern bathroom big bedroom immaculate with crisp clean white cotton sheets and great modern aircon. Breakfast was unbelievable best I’ve had in Italy. Location was perfect 200m from Metro 15 minute walk from the center of the city. I will definitely visit again already recommended the diamond to all my friends

The property is in a superb location being so close to Brignole train station and metro. The host Luigi is such a nice man and very helpful and can recommend places to visit and places to eat. One of the best places we have stayed in.

Das BB Tube befindet sich direkt ĂŒber dem Bahnhof und ist mit Zug und Metro innert 5 Min. zu erreichen. Mittels Telefonanruf öffnet sich die TĂŒre unten am GebĂ€ude. Es befindet sich in der 3. Etage (nicht rollstuhlgĂ€ngig oder gut fĂŒr alte Leute). In der 3 Etage den Code eingeben, den man vorgĂ€ngig erhĂ€lt. Sowie den Zimmernamen (es sind 7 oder 8 Zimmer, jedes mit anderem Namen). Gewisse Zimmer haben Bad und WC, andere mĂŒssen auf der Etage zu den Toiletten, welche den gleichen Namen haben wie ihr Zimmer. Der Aufenthalts- und FrĂŒhstĂŒcksraum befindet sich am Gang zu den Duschen/WC. Und wenn sich dort Personen befinden, welche etwas trinken, oder den gratis Kaffee- und Kuchen geniessen, oder am Abend dort in UnterwĂ€sche rumstehen und diskutieren, nicht fĂŒr alle angenehm. Zimmer sind voller Material (Schallplatten, MusikgerĂ€te) und haben wenig Platz. Ein Schrank im Zimmer ist ebenfalls vollgerĂ€umt. Wenn man schon ĂŒber den Gang in das Badezimmer muss, wĂ€re ein Bademantel angenehm. Unser Zimmer war Bahnhofseite und daher laut und hell. Es hat keine VerdunkelungsvorhĂ€nge, so dass es im Zimmer die ganze Nacht hell war. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck sosolala (siehe Foto). Wer damit einverstanden ist, hat dort eine kostengĂŒnstige Unterkunft.

Great place to spend the night if passing through

Coming by train from Marsielle/Monaco passing through to Rome we thought it was a good place to spend the night, cheap and close to the train. A woman greeted and showed us around, we got a big room, seperate bathroom and dining area. It looked like there were a few rooms on a apartment floor. It felt a little unusual to us, we being used to hotel rooms. Our room had some sort of damage on the wall to the left so a little downside but since the staff was so kind and thorough our experience was one of the better ones, we even got offerd coffe and cake!

Our room at BB Tube was very nice, every day cleaned by the staff, including fresh towels. The room had a TV, an AC and enough space for two people. The breakfast is really good, with Luigi asking you every day about your desired sweet pastry, which he buys freshly from the bakery, and other fresh things in buffet style. The whole B&B has a culturally but modern interior. Classy, self-made pictures and a lot of sophisticated books round up the whole idea of the place.
