Foi horrível! Primeiro que o acesso até o apartamento é horrível e ninguém fala sobre esta dificuldades. Estávamos em 6 pessoas sendo 3 acima de 65 anos. Tivermos que carregar as malas por quase 1 km do estacionamento até o apartamento. Como ficamos 17 dias na Itália,eram muitas malas! Depois de carregar por toda a rua, para acessar o aparatamento tivemos que acessar uma escadaria com mais de 50 degraus, e depois de acessar o conjunto, mais uma escadaria de 15 degraus. O apartamento estava imundo (pagamos taxa de limpeza), roupa de cama horríveis, travesseiro horrível, não tinha nem papel higiênico. Foi uma experiência péssima.
