The apartment has just been renovated. It is in a quiet location, in the Carmine district
beautiful wedding favor on the edge of the historic center of Genoa.
A few minutes from major attractions such as the aquarium, the city of children, Piazza De Ferrari and the characteristic historic center. Close (just over 1 km) from the Principe station and a few bus stops from Brignole.
It is a very functional open space and equipped with every modern comfort. It has a high quality double sofa bed, a bunk bed and a sofa bed. A Play Station 3 is available for guests with some games but nothing prevents you from bringing your own if you wish.
The house also has an espresso machine for quick but tasty coffee breaks. Super fast wifi (fiber) included in the price.
The apartment, which can be reached via thirty steep "Genovese" steps and is therefore not suitable for those with walking problems.
Parking is available (10 euros per night) but only for one car and subject to the following conditions:
1) I must be informed of the machine model before your arrival.
2) If your machine can be housed in my box there will be no time limitations otherwise if you use the private guarded parking there will be time restrictions based on the parking hours which are:
Mon-Thu 7-20
Fri-Sat 7-21
Sunday 8-20 (Closing 13-15)
So if you need the car after closing times you have to take it before they close.
If you return home after they have closed, you must leave the car in a street parking lot (it is allowed but from 8. 00 it costs € 2.50 per hour) and take it back to the garage when it is reopened.
