Le Dream Boutique Hotel is located close to a street food market (make a right turn, walk a few metres, and then make a left turn and you are right there). There is a well-regarded restaurant on the ground floor, but plenty of other local eateries are nearby, too. The room has lots of space, the bathroom is spacious. The staff were amazing and helpful! They provided instructions to the mall, and even a walk-in clinic when I needed to get checked out for a minor illness. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The price we paid for the room was fair, and the Grab (e-hail rideshare) to Penang Airport ranged from $25 Ringgit to $40 Ringgit, depending on demand. We will definitely return to Le Dream Boutique Hotel in the future.

Very well located and a food base tlfrom which to explore Georgetown, lots of places can be reached within a short walk. This is a city break btw. Didnt see any beach or pool duting our stay. Room was decent, clean and pretty quiet even when facing road. Lady on reception was nice and helpful. Jacuzzis on roof top were not in operation and didnt look like they had been for many years. A mitchelin star restaurant on ground level but didnt try it. Lamdry servica avaialble 10RM per kg wash and fold. Would stay again if ever visit that area.

Conflicted… on one hand the staff is great on the other, internet is painfully slow to the point where you can’t do much at times. Bed is hard and not comfy, “hot” water pretty much cold and the room I was assigned was noisy to the point I couldn’t sleep 3 out of 9 nights. But staff and location is great.

Hotel is very near to eateries. Room is clean with firm bed. Wifi and Air-cond are strong enough. Have been staying at LeDream whenever I come to Georgrtown. As usual, enjoyed a very comfortable stay.

Friendly staffs and effective. The room has some ants at the second morning I told the reception and they had a deep cleaning and the ant problem solved. The surrounding areas have food street, a lots of restaurant, convenient shop and laundry place, very suitable for travel accommodation.

When we arrived we were told that the huge generation is outside making lots of noise and we were offered a different room but worse than the one we paid for. Secondly, the room had a bad smell of sweat and one of the towels was dirty, one pillow case was dirty and I think one of the beds bedding wasn't changed. The hallway wasn't hoovered for ages and it was filthy. The breakfast was diabolical. Diluted orange drink and 2 sorts of cereal. The cooked breakfast had a choice but it was a small tray with few things on it. Overall this was definitely well overrated hotel and I don't know how the reviews rated it as outstanding. I would say dinghy, smelly, dirty and not worth the money they charged.
