The staff was nice. The hotel looks nice. The area is a little sketchy. The room was clean. There are no news channels or Olympics on the TV. Only 15 channels, mostly Malaysian. The safe was the smallest I've ever seen. We could not fit everything into it.

The staff members were all very helpful. The location was great. Only downside was there was a consistent problem with water overflow either from the sink (seems movable) or bum gun.

Very comfortable stay. Bed very firm, excellent location, one block from Kimberley Street night markets. Blockout curtains and the bathroom was well apportioned. Hot water was accessed by a large square push button by the door. It's not automatic. I would happily stay here again.

Room was clean and adequate though lacking in some furnishings. Bed was ok for me but too hard for my wife. Bathroom fine Rooftop terrace disappointing. Didn't try free breakfast as only cereal and coffee so can't comment. Location is really good. We would stay here again

The room was clean and the hotel tidy. The upstairs could do with a bit of an upgrade but was OK for breakfast and we did use the outdoor spa one one occasion. Some things were broken or leaky, but the staff did help whenever asked which was appreciated.
