I liked the fact that when one left the Hotel one steped into the old, historical Penang - not the modern highrise edition

Awesome location. Great breakfast (roti cooked to order was a highlight). Free drinks and snacks a nice touch. Cheap and efficient laundry service. Overall, recommended.

VALUE FOR MONEY

Pros: Friendly staff, cleanliness and location.The free limousine service for the city area was and we were even offered a free departing airport limousine.
Cons: Hot water in the bathroom basin and more cupboard space.
Location: Large shopping mall is 2 minutes walk and Penang Road about 10 minutes. Good shopping, bars and restaurants are all in walking distance.
Spent 5 nights i this hotel and was most impressed. Our arrival was a pleasant experience with friendly and obliging staff. Being a 'Boutique' hotel we were not too sure what to expect. The room was on the small side but very well equipped, the beds comfortable and the room spotless. My only criticism would be that the bathroom wash basin did not have hot water for shaving and the shower was difficult to adjust initially until we got used to it. The roof bar staff were extremely friendly and obliging (especially Ausam?). Sorry about the spelling.Breakfasts were good but slanted towards the Asian but fruit, juice and eggs selections were excellent. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a three and a half star and a central location.

Amazing in every way!

Pros: Breakfast, wifi and happy hour!!! Views from the roof top were amazing!!! So close to everything too!!
Cons: nothing
Close to all the exciting parts of Georgetown. Quick wifi, yummy breakfast, great happy hour, Jacuzzi on the roof and fantastic staff!. For those who have a car there is a 3RM a day car parking facility at the end of the street. You cannot go wrong with the hotel! We loved it and was a highlight of our trip. Thank you.

Best hotel

Pros: clean friendly organised generous
Cons: nothing
Location: All of the old town within walking distance
The best hotel of our one month trip , friendly ,efficient beautifully presented property. All the extras as previously mentioned with breakfast a stand out , excellent roti chanai and char keowteow cooked on the spot by the friendly chefs, even good coffee . Easy walk to all of georgetown but go easy on the extras like afternoon tea or you ll have no room for the great street food the town is famous for
